How do I read an ebook on my device?

How do I re-download my ebooks?

We keep a copy of your purchased ebooks in your ebook library. If you ever need to re-download them just log into My Account and click on My Ebooks. Any ebooks you have purchased will be available for you to re-download.

I've forgotten my account password

If you can't remember your account password use the reset password form below the sign in box. Please check your junk mail folders if you don't recieve an email within 15 mins. 

If you signed up with your Facebook account you can sign in to your Pan Macmillan account again by clicking on the Facebook icon.


Why doesn't my download link work?

Your download link may stop working for a couple of reasons:

  • You have been on the page for a long time and the download link has expired. Simply refresh the page and the download link will work.
  • You have signed out of your account since opening the page. Simply sign back in again and navigate to My Ebooks.

If neither of these solutions solve your issue please try completely closing your browser and logging back in.
