Every page is a playfully poignant but eloquent illustration of what it is to love, to lose love and then to start the quest all over again. Funny, charming and painfully accurate, artist Jason Logan details the entire process from the initial warning signs through to the false starts, the split itself, the wallowing period, the grey area, the splitting up of stuff and the angry dating. There are helpful pages on how to pack when storming out, how to navigate a party to avoid the ex, how to hide at work to avoid those painful conversations with colleagues and a first date handy cue card with helpful lists of conversation stoppers and starters, for when its time to start all over again. Remember, breaking up is only the beginning.
Originally from Canada, Jason Logan now lives in New York as a freelance illustrator and art director whose work appears regularly in The New York Times. This is his first book.
