2010 CWA shortlists announced

Scott Turow, Simon Lelic, William Ryan and Ryan David Jahn have all been shortlisted for a Crime Writers Association Dagger award.

Innocent by Scott Turow has been included on the shortlist for the CWA Ian Fleming Steel Dagger award while Rupture, The Holy Thief and Acts of Violence are all on the shortlist for the CWA John Creasey (New Blood) Dagger award.
 
The prizes will be awarded in October at the Specsavers Crime Thriller Awards 2010, to be broadcast on ITV3.

The digital channel will also run a six-week campaign of programming from 31st August, with the public offered the chance to vote for their favourite TV detective. The winner of The People’s Detective Dagger will also be announced at the awards.
