Competition Rules

  1. To enter a competition you must be:
    a) UK resident; and
    b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
  2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Macmillan, Macmillan LTD or any subsidiary of Macmillan Ltd.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. Only one entry per person
  5. If you want to enter the competition please enter a vaild email address and name. Pan Macmillan can accept no reponsibility for lost, corrupted or incorrect details that are submitted.
  6. The winners will be the entrants selected at random by the judges.
  7. The closing date for the competition is 31st March 2006.
  8. If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. You can find out who won any competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Fiona Stewart, Pan Macmillan LTD, Marketing DTP, 20 New Wharf Road, London N1 9RR after the closing date.
  10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Macmillan may require.
  11. The panel of judges for each competition will be at the discretion of Pan Macmillan.
  12. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
  13. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize, although if an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  14. Invalid email addresses submitted will be disqualified.
  15. This competition is being run by Pan Macmillan LTD of Brunel Road, Houndmills, Basingstoke, Hampshire ("Macmillan").

  17. Macmillan reserves the right to amend these rules at any time or to specific rules which will apply to specific competition together with these rules. If we do, we will put the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules up at www.panmacmillan.com
