We had a wonderful time at the Jugiong Writers Festival, on the banks of the beautiful Murrumbidgee River. So many lovely people, such fantastic country hospitality. So many new friends!
The worst part was driving through dangerous, horrendous flooding rain to get around Sydney! We came back the "long" way through Dubbo, Forbes, and Young, which was beautiful and turned out to be quicker.
Was great to catch up with old friend Stan Grant and meet the wonderful Professor Bill Gammage.

This is my rawhide bone and I’m carrying it everywhere. For the last three weeks. Even to bed. It’s mine.
I'm thrilled to be #7 in Booktopia's Australia's Favourite Authors! Thanks to everyone who voted! xx
