""I decided to sign up to the plan whilst on an All Inclusive holiday in April. I knew I had gained weight over the previous year, due to losing interest in the gym and a couple of injuries, but after trying on a dress for the evening and really noticing my wonderful (not) back fat, I decided I had to make some lifestyle changes. I returned to the plan in my inbox after holiday and started right away. I had amazing results in Cycle 1 losing about 7kgs and enjoying the HIIT sessions. Cycle 2 was my favourite as I love weight training and my body responded well, building muscle but still losing weight and inches. I found Cycle 3 the most difficult and the pyramid training is very tough and I really felt the reduced level of carbs from Cycle 2. I still lost more inches and kgs in this cycle and my end results were fantastic with a total loss of 11kgs and 21.5 inches! I was very focussed and committed throughout the plan and even managed to stick to the principles during a mid-plan holiday to Ibiza. I think by being accountable with submitting photos and statistics, made it easier to fully commit to the plan. Planning your meals is key and I found that keeping it simple by sticking to some core recipes in each cycle and repeating snacks every day worked for me. The BodyCoach Unofficial Client Community Page is a fantastic FB group to join with lots of support from other SSS people, so highly recommend anyone thinking of signing up to join for further inspiration and motivation. I've now signed up for the SAS plan and am looking forward to seeing further results.
