"This cycle was the beginning of a new era in clean eating fo me. A few days into cycle one I suffered with headaches, spotty skin and a very reduced energy balance. 10 days in however and I quickly started seeing results of clear skin, reduced cellulite and a flatter stomach. I also had a lot more energy and felt really well. I enjoyed the food on cycle one as I genuinely love spinach and had no problem eating lots of eggs or meat for breakfast! Build up Bagels were my best friend on this cycle and every gym session was spent thinking about eating one of these on completion. I'm surprised and pleased at how quickly my body has changed on this cycle and now I can't wait to get into cycle 2. I'm beginning to understand how my body works most efficiently and I now see how important food is as fuel to the body. Bring on C2!!"
