Please please read and share this plea for help.
Our friend 33 yr old Caitlin O'Hara is at UPMC Pittsburg in critical condition waiting for a lung transplant that hasn't come through yet. Here's how you can help.
1. If you know of any family who is facing a tragedy and would be open to a direct lung donation (Caitlin is 5'2" and type O+) please ask them to think of Caitlin O'Hara in Pittsburg. The contact number is 508-726-3609.
2. Contact any doctor you know and ask them to reach out to their pulmonary department and tell them about Caitlin who is the #1 neediest patient in the country for a set of lungs but hospitals outside her region don't know about her. She needs to get put on the list at every hospital!
3.Contact anyone in the media you know, local newspapers, national newspapers, and ask them to consider writing an article about Caitlin's urgent need for lungs. A girl in the same hospital in Pittsburg just received a set of lungs yesterday because of a media and social media campaign.
The contact number for direct donations and doctors and anyone who can directly help Caitlin immediately is her father, Nick O'Hara, at 508-726-3609.
PLEASE HELP SPREAD THIS URGENT REQUEST! THANK YOU!!!!
