If you're in San Sebastian this Thursday... so am I! Head down to the Central Library this Thursday at noon for a bilingual presentation on what the Hemingway(s) got up to in the Basque Country. Naturally I'll be doing most of it in Basque with some smatterings of English.

Anyone else at Wilderness this weekend? I'm talking this afternoon at 3.30 in the literary tent. Swing by if you are!
This is just wonderful.
The Ritz bar that Hemingway "liberated" during WWII (and in Martha Gellhorn's section of Mrs. Hemingway) has just re-opened in Paris. Field-trip anyone?
