Six of our books on the IBW Book Awards shortlist

We're thrilled to annouce that six of our children's books have been shortlisted for the Independent Bookshop Week (IBW) Book Awards 2017.

The Detective Dog by Julia Donaldson and Sara Ogilvie, Tidy by Emily Gravett and The Darkest Dark by Chris Hadfield and illustrated by The Fan Brothers, have been shortled for the Picture Book Category.

Sputnik's Guide to Life on Earth by Frank Cottrell Boyce, A Poem for Every Night of the Year edited by Allie Esiri and The 78-Storey Treehouse by Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton, have been shortlisted for the Children's Fiction Cateogory.

The winners for each category will be announced on Friday 23rd June 2017. For the full shortlist and information, click here.

What the Ladybird Heard Next by Julia Donaldson and Lydia Monks has been shortlisted for the Picture Book Category, whilst Goth Girl and the Wuthering Fright by Chris Riddell and The Astounding Broccoli Boy by Frank Cottrell Boyce have both been shortlisted in the Children's category.
