The Bikini Body 28 Day Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Guide is aimed at helping women to become healthier, stronger and confident through a healthy, balanced diet and her iconic high-intensity workouts.

Kayla originally used Instagram as a tool to upload before-and-after photos of the clients she trained, amassing a global following.  She soon realised how popular her exercise plans had become when she released her first eBook – The Bikini Body Training Guide or the “BBG” as globally known as.
Kayla has hosted two consecutive World Bootcamp Tours.
