Pan Macmillan is looking for a Creative Producer with video-editing experience to join their digital team.  

Job title: Creative Producer

Term: 12 months fixed-term contract, full time

Salary: Dependent on experience

This is the ideal role for a recent graduate with a passion for YouTube and a keen interest in the world of books. You must have demonstrable experience and practical skills in producing and editing videos, although this could be a degree or diploma in filmmaking and video production, or simply that you create content for your own YouTube channel.
Working closely across the company with Adult, Children’s and Young Adult imprints, you will gain valuable insight into the publishing industry. As part of your career development, you will be paired with a mentor for the year, and will have a number of one-on-one meetings with industry figures. Your first meeting will be with the current Creative Producer, Leena!

* Supremely creative and buzzing with ideas
* Confident appearing on-screen as well as interacting with authors off-screen
* Comfortable working to strict deadlines
* A self-starter with strong organisational skills
* Professional yet personable
* Passionate about books of all genres – you’re going to need to read a lot!
