Friday Poem: 'Seaweed' by D. H. Lawrence
A poem by author, playwright and poet D. H. Lawrence.
Seaweed sways and sways and swirls,
as if swaying were its form of stillness;
and it flushes over fierce rock
it slips over it as shadows do, without hurting itself.
Poem taken from A Poem for Every Night of the Year, edited by Allie Esiri.
