Cherie Priest is the queen of steampunk. BONESHAKER won the Locus Award for Best Science Fiction Novel in 2010 and it has sold more than 100,000 copies in the US alone. Many consider it to be the novel that kick-started the popular rise of the steampunk genre. Film rights to BONESHAKER have been bought by Hammer Studios and Cross Creek Productions, with John Hilary Shepherd (of Nurse Jackie) writing the screen play.

We're delighted and very proud to be publishing BONESHAKER and Cherie's subsequent Clockwork Century novels, DREADNOUGHT and GANYMEDE, one a month from 8 November. Then February will see our publication of THE INEXPLICABLES, Cherie's brand new Clockwork Century novel.

We couldn't let such a moment pass without indulging our steampunk sensibilities with a rather special competition. We're giving away an advanced reading copy of BONESHAKER, delivered to your door in a special steampunk package.

For your chance to win, tell us in the comments below the name of the Clockwork Century novel that Tor UK will be publishing in February. The closing date for this competition is 6pm London time on Sunday 4 November.
