Tonight is the David Gemmell Legend Awards and Tor is very excited to announce that AMONG THIEVES by Douglas Hulick has been nominated for not one, but two awards.

The first category it is nominated in is the debut fiction category, otherwise known as the Morningstar award. Previous winners have included Darius Hinks for Warrior Priest and The Cardinal’s Blades by Pierre Pevel. With Brent Weeks urging readers to ‘read this book’ and Sci-Fi-London calling it ‘terrific’, it’s not hard to see why this brilliant high-action debut is up for nomination.

The second category is the best jacket/artist category, otherwise known as the Ravenheart award. Illustrated by the amazing Larry Rostant and designed by Tor’s very own Senior Designer, Neil Lang, Tor are proud to have such a great cover up for nomination. Fingers crossed for AMONG THIEVES!

Check out all the nominees for the Legend, Morningstar and Ravenheart awards and the shortlist is here. Best of luck to all those nominated. Pictures from the ceremony to follow shortly.
