Blackwell's Oxford will be hosting a panel discussion with Nigel Warburton, Rebecca Wait and Morten Kringelbach to find out whether novels can teach empathy. Up for discussion will be whether or not novels can help to nuture, foster and teach empathy by improving our ability to understand other's emotions.
