In the summer of 1990 Cathy Rentzenbrink's brother Matty was knocked down and left in a permanent vegetative state, from which he was never to recover. Powerful, intimate and intensely moving, The Last Act of Love is a person journey with universal resonance - a story of unconditional love, of grief, survival and the strength of the ties that bind.
