For a special one-off event, Sharon Salzberg, a leading authority in loving kindness meditation, and Rohan Gunitillake, the creator of the Buddhify app, come together to discuss mindfulness and meaningful connection in a fast-paced, digital world.

Sharon Salzberg believes that love is a powerful healing force for us all, and that modern associations with romance and adoration are limiting. By redefining love, she helps us to recognize our desire for happiness and enhance our connections with each other. Her new book, Real Love, is a creative toolkit of mindfulness exercises and meditation techniques that can help you to truly engage with your present experience and create deeper love relationships - with yourself, your partner, friends and family, and with life itself.

Rohan's bestselling book Modern Mindfulness explores how we can be mindful in our lives as they are: with our tablets in hand, on our phones and in the digital worlds we inevitably inhabit.

Don't miss this opportunity for an evening of enlightenment with these two inspirational authors.

Tickets are free but booking is essential, either in store or by calling 01412484814.
