We are looking forward to welcoming Virginia( and yourself) to Nova on Friday 13 November for her sessions with our year 7 and year 8 students. The plan is to hold the events in the morning. I propose that you plan your travel to arrive in Swindon by 9.10am so that you can be at the Academy for 9.30am with 15 minutes to set up and settle in before the two sessions. "
" Session 1: 9.45 - 11am. "
" Break for 20 minutes "
" Session 2: 11.20 - 12.35. "
"The start times will be five minutes or so later than the lesson times stated above, to allow for classes to register and be brought to the Theatre, so if Virginia can plan for an hour talk followed by a short potential book signing and chat with students, the session times fit. I would think you would then be free to head back to the station/drive onwards by 12.45 after the event.
