Pan Macmillan shortlisted for Corporate Engagement Awards

Pan Macmillan has been shortlisted in two categories at the Corporate Engagement Awards 2026.

Pan Macmillan shortlisted for Corporate Engagement Awards

Now in its sixteenth year, the awards by Communicate magazine celebrate corporate partnerships, CSR programmes and brand alignment, recognising businesses that successfully translate corporate purpose into tangible social impact and meaningful community engagement.

Pan Macmillan has been named a finalist in the following categories:

Best Alignment of Brand Values During a CSR Programme

This category recognises how Pan Macmillan's corporate values – Community, Curiosity and Integrity – shape its work. Highlights featured in the entry include the 'A single page' campaign video for the National Year of Reading. This nomination also highlights work with The Multibank on its 'Kits for Kids' initiative, contributing 15,500 books to families facing extreme hardship.

Best Arts, Sports & Leisure Programme

This nomination recognises efforts to re-establish the book as an urgent driver of modern conversation, champion under-represented creative voices and widen access to reading. Key initiatives featured include:

  • Defending free expression through the publication of Sarah Wynn-Williams's headline-making bestseller, Careless People.
  • Championing women in power by publishing memoir-manifestos from Jacinda Ardern, Angela Merkel, Nicola Sturgeon and Sanna Marin, including hosting Jacinda Ardern for 500 London sixth-formers at Wimbledon High School to inspire future leadership.
  • Reaching communities directly through a five-year headline sponsorship of the Black British Book Festival and colleague participation in National Literacy Trust prison volunteering programmes.

The winners will be revealed on 7 October 2026 at The Brewery in London.
