We are currently looking for an QA & Support Analyst, Royalties to join our QA and Release team in the London office. This role is ideal for someone that is naturally organised and detail oriented who also enjoys working with numbers and data. Ideally you will have experience with royalties systems and databases. Previous experience of QA is not necessary and we are willing to provide training for this element.
Day to day you will be responsible for testing and supporting the royalties module in Biblio, our bibliographic database.
The ideal candidates will have the following skills:
- Proficient with data
- Focus on accuracy with outstanding attention to detail
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- The ability to proactively pick up new systems and functions
- Strong numerical and IT skills
- A knowledge of databases
It will be beneficial (but not essential) to have experience with:
- QA and testing
- Helpdesk software (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira etc.)
This role will be based at our stunning new offices in Farringdon.
