MPIL London are looking for a Technical Support Analyst for a 3 month Fixed Term Contract to start in January 2020.
The position of Technical Support Analyst is to provide the Macmillan user community with a high-level of support. Secondarily the position is to provide Tier 1 & 2 Mac & PC support. The position requires a high level of knowledge and experience of working with Windows & Macintosh applications, ideally in a publishing or design environment
