Digital Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing Executive, 12 month fixed term contract

Digital and Communications

Do you get excited by finding ways to connect with readers wherever they are? Do you believe in the power of books and social media?

We’re looking for someone to join our digital communications team, who enjoys testing creative assets and audiences in digital media. You’ll get to work on the creation, delivery and placement of engaging social media assets, activating campaigns and managing spend for digital campaigns across our imprints and brands.

You will be responsible for contributing to and maintaining our organic social channels, across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and advising on the best use of campaign spend, from the various social media channels to Google Search (PPC) to Amazon Marketing Services.

Working closely with the wider Communications team, this role requires a natural communicator who enjoys crunching the numbers, looking at analytics for insight and reporting back to the business.

At Pan Macmillan, you’ll work in a team that believes in the power of books. A company that’s small enough to be personal but big enough to matter. We’ve won Publisher of the Year two years out of three; have divisions all over the world and it’s our business to bring to life the best books for all readers.

The position is for a fixed term of 12 months and is based at our offices in King’s Cross, London.

To apply, please tell us about one of your favourite books and why we should read it (in no more than 50 words) – we’re always in search of the next good book, and send us  your named CV and named cover letter confirming your current salary and notice period, quoting reference PAN/024/18 via email to: [email protected]

The deadline for applications is 15th April 2018

All applicants must be able to demonstrate the right to live and work in the UK in order to be considered for the vacancy.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone. If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of the closing date then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for the position.
