Brittany Polat

Brittany Polat, Ph.D., is a philosophical writer and community organizer who specializes in sharing Stoicism with a wide and diverse audience. Her books include Journal Like a Stoic: A 90-Day Stoicism Program to Live with Greater Acceptance, Less Judgment, and Deeper Intentionality; Jesus and Stoicism: The Parallel Sayings; and Stoic Ethics: The Basics, with Christopher Gill. She is currently editor of Stoicism Today, the online journal for Modern Stoicism, and is a co-founder of the nonprofit Stoicare.
