Edward F. McQuarrie

Edward F. McQuarrie, Ph.D., is Professor Emeritus in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University in California’s Silicon Valley, where he taught MBA students from 1985. After retirement in 2016, he took up new research interests in market history and retirement planning. His papers have appeared in the Financial Analysts Journal, the Journal of Portfolio Management, and the Journal of Financial Planning. He is the co-author of Retirement, alongside William J. Bernstein
