Emil Sands

Emil Sands is a painter and writer from London, living in New York. His work has been exhibited internationally, and he is represented by the Olney Gleason Gallery in New York and Victoria Miro Gallery in London. He completed his fine art foundation at Central Saint Martins, his BA and MPhil in classics at the University of Cambridge, and was a Henry Fellow at Yale University. His essay “Struck on One Side” was published in The Atlantic, and forms the basis of his first book, I Am Not Achilles.
