Joy Baker

Joy Baker is one of the Directors of The Soper Collection, a charitable organisation set up to preserve the artwork and legacy of the Soper family. Joy taught for several years in New Zealand, before returning to England with her late husband John to run their own antique shop and art gallery. They amassed a large collection of Soper artwork over a period of twenty-five years, which is now housed alongside the rest of The Soper Collection at Pannett Art Gallery in Whitby where it is available for all to enjoy.
