Paul Gringras
Professor Paul Gringras – widely known as ‘The Sleep Prof’ – is a pioneer in paediatric sleep medicine. He is Professor of Children’s Sleep Medicine at King’s College London, a consultant at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, and current President of the International Pediatric Sleep Association. Over two decades, he has treated thousands of infants, children, and teenagers, addressing everything from common sleep issues to extremely rare and life-threatening disorders. An internationally sought-after speaker and researcher, he has published on topics ranging from sleep epidemiology to cutting-edge AI diagnostics.
