Piergiorgio Pulixi

Piergiorgio Pulixi was born in 1982 in Cagliari, in southern Sardinia. For years, he worked as an independent bookseller before devoting himself entirely to writing. He has published several crime novels, winning numerous awards, including the Scerbanenco Prize for The Island of Souls and the Fedeli Prize for The Illusion of Evil. He is considered one of the leading figures of the new generation of Italian crime and thriller writers. His novels have been translated into more than twenty languages.

He was probably a cat in a previous life. A black one.
