Having the motivation and inspiration to write a book is just the beginning of a long journey. Author Megan Bradbury will be in conversation with her agent Sophie Lambert of Conville & Walsh, Commissioning Editor Sophie Jonathan and Communications Executive Lucie Cuthbertson Twiggs, both from Pan Macmillan. The panel will discuss the entire publishing process from researching and writing a novel to eventually getting the book into readers' hands. They will be sharing their top tips on finding an agent, how to pitch to publishers, the editorial process and delivering an effective promotional campaign. In 2013, Megan won an Escalator Literature Award and a Grant for the Arts to help fund the completion of her debut novel Everyone is Watching which has received high acclaim. This is set to be an interesting and informative event, certainly not to be missed by budding authors.
