Liz Pichon's Fabulous Colouring Competition terms and conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By entering into Liz Pichon’s Fabulous colouring competition (“Competition”), you agree that you have read these terms and that you agree to them. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Competition.
- This Competition is run by Macmillan Children’s Books, a division of Pan Macmillan which is a trading division of Macmillan Publishers International Limited, a company registered in England with registered number 02063302 and having its registered office at Cromwell Place, Hampshire International Business Park, Lime Tree Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 8YJ (“Promoter”).
- To enter this Competition entrants must be: (a) resident of the UK; and (b) aged between 3 and 12 years old at the time of entry. Children must ask their parent or guardian for permission to enter into this Competition and by giving permission the parent or guardian must agree to read, accept and comply with these terms on the child’s behalf. We may require written proof of age and parental permission from entrants and winners.
- This Competition is not open to directors or employees (or members of their immediate families or households) of the Promoter or anyone connected with the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
- The Competition is open for entries between 00:01 GMT on 20th June 2025 and 23:59 GMT on 8th August 2025.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this Competition and will not increase your chances of winning, although entrants are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting their entries.
- You can enter this Competition in the following way:
- Download one of our letter templates here. The child should colour in and decorate the template with their favourite designs and techniques - they can use crayons, paints, collage or any materials they would like, just make it FABULOUS, creative and colourful! They could fill the page with flowers, or maybe create a space scene. The design does not have to be based on or linked to The Mubbles, but it must fill the page - just let their imagination run WILD!
- Send a photo or a scan of the child’s finished design via email to themubbles@macmillan.com using the subject line: ‘Liz Pichon's Fabulous Colouring Competition Submission' before the closing date, together with child's first name and age only. Please do not include the child’s surname, any photographs of the child or any other personally identifiable information with the entry.
- The maximum photograph or image resolution size is 20MB and 300dpi, in the following file formats: PDF, TIFF, JPG, PNG. The submitted file should show a clear picture with no shadows visible and for this reason we suggest that you do not fold the design, use staples or sellotape and avoid using glitter.
- If you are a teacher submitting on behalf of a child, please make sure to get the child’s parent or guardian's permission prior to doing so and confirmation that they agree to these terms and conditions. If you are submitting multiple entries for different children in one email, please label each file with the relevant child’s first name and age.
7. Only one entry per eligible child, joint entries are not permitted. Multiple entries per child, or entries not in compliance with these terms, will be deemed to be invalid and may lead to disqualification.
8. The entry must be the child’s own original work and we can’t accept any entries which include third party copyright material (including cartoon characters other than The Mubbles), which reference commercial brands, or which have been created using AI tools. Entries must not breach any applicable legislation or regulations or contain any defamatory, offensive or any other unsuitable material. The entry must be suitable for presentation in a public forum.
9. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the closing date for any reason.
