Pan Macmillan appoints Catherine Worsley as Pan UK & International Sales Director
Pan Macmillan today announced the appointment of Catherine Worsley as Pan UK & International Sales Director.
The move completes the leadership group of Pan Macmillan’s newly unified Group Sales team.
Worsley’s appointment comes on the back of a period of significant growth for Pan, with 74 Sunday Times top ten bestsellers so far this year.
Catherine brings more than 15 years of UK and international sales experience across physical and digital markets, with a strong track record of driving sales and profit growth, building high-performing teams, and turning complex commercial challenges into clear, actionable strategy.
She has worked extensively with major retail brands and has been closely involved in the creation of multiple bestselling titles over the course of her career.

Widely respected across the industry, Catherine is known for her dynamic approach and her tireless commitment to the authors she works with.
In February, Pan Macmillan announced the appointment of Stuart Dwyer to the newly created group sales director role. In this strategic new role, Dwyer leads a unified global sales department, bringing together the company’s UK and Ireland, and International Sales teams.
This move reflects Pan Macmillan’s commitment to a "one marketplace" approach, ensuring that its world class publishing reaches readers and listeners across every territory and in every format - physical, digital, and audio - with maximum impact.
