Eamonn Butler

Eamonn Butler is a British economist. He is the co-founder and Director of the Adam Smith Institute a UK think tank which has been in operation since 1978. He has co-authored (with Madsen Pirie) Test Your IQ and Boost Your IQ. In 2010 he was joint winner (with Madsen Pirie) of the National Free Enterprise Award.
