Pan Macmillan wins ‘Best for Mothers’ award
Pan Macmillan was named ‘Best for Mothers’ at the Working Families Best Practice Awards today.

Judges commented that Pan Macmillan “felt like a dream company to work for,” and commended the company's high percentage of female executives, level of support provided at every stage of motherhood, and Summer Fridays programme in particular.
Support for mothers and parents also includes: enhanced parental leave of 26 weeks for all parents regardless of gender of the pathway to parenthood; coaching before, during and after parental leave from SpringBack returnity coaching; flexible working with core hours from 10am - 4.30pm and mandatory training on effectively supporting pregnancy and maternity transitions for all managers.
